Presenters Bio:

Tracy Nugent works for the HSE National Office for Suicide Prevention. She meets groups and organisations who offer bereavement support to families and individuals supporting those who have lost loved ones through traumat death. Tracy also manages therapists and case management for people seeking counselling following a traumatic death.

Outline : 

This is an information presentation which aims to provide participants with : An understanding of the grieving process, acknowledging the range of emotions people may experience folling a bereavement through suicide or traumatic death. Knowledge on how to provide support to individuals, families and communities bereaved through suicide. Knowledge of available help and supports and how to access them. Two hours , including questions.
