Presenters Bio: An IACP accredited counsellor and supervisor Caroline is the Manager of the Kerry Adolescent Counselling Service and also maintains a Private Psychotherapy Practice.

Workshop Outline: During the workshop participants will be exploring their own atttitudes and approaches to self care, the interface between the how and the why of their practices and the affect/effect on both their professional and personal lives.

 

Training Level: All Levels.
