The profession of supervision has been born.

This presentation will explore the vision and concrete tools of

 Wisdom Supervision,

A model of supervision for the 21st century,

 developed by Dr. Geraldine Holton

 using a blend of input, exercises, and group conversation.

  

Presenter :  Dr Ger Holton is a senior practitioner, master trainer and international presenter in the area of supervision and psycho-spiritual wellness. Geraldine ‘s passion for supervision and her innovative vision has been key in the development of supervision within various organisations, professions and contexts within Ireland and Europe. She is an accredited member and supervisor with IACP, current President of the Supervisors Association of Ireland and has served on the IACP Executive Committee and the Supervision Sub-committee to develop the Criteria and Guidelines for Supervision Training Courses. Geraldine is Co- Director of An Croi Wisdom Institute and co-editor of The Soul of Supervision.
