WRC Workshop - Understanding Personality Disorders

Presenters Bio:

Dr Denise Mullen ( PsyD, MIACP) is a consultant psychologist with experience in a wide range of settings including individual and group therapy, in-patient treatment and university lecturing and workshop presentations. She has studied extensively in the areas of psychodynamic and object relations theories, developmental psychology and attachment theory. With three decades of clinical practice in both Califonia and Ireland, Dr Mullen brings indepth experience and unique case studies which allow lively discussion.

Workshop Outline:

Narcissitic, Antisocial, Borderline… these common terms are often bandied about inaccurately to describe 'difficult' people. In this ground breaking workshop we peel back the lables and grasp the causes and criteria of personality disorders (PDs). Through question and answers, discussion, case studies, creative writing, and music, participants will become familiar with the 10 PDs listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Disorders (DSM-5).

CPD Certs will be emailed to participants after attendance at the Workshop
