Presenters Bio:

Fergus is  Counselling for nearly 14 years. Previous to that he worked in Mechanical Engineering for 20 years. The best qualification in counselling in his opinion is not in our training alone but in our ability to love, respect and value our client irrspective of what comes at you.

Evening Outline: 

In the presentation the toxicity of shame will looked at and how it affects our way of being, our emotions, decisions we make, how we see and what we believe about ourselves.
