DRC- Just say "YES!" - an experiential tour of the profound and transformative world of Improvisational Comedy
Presenter's Bio:
Maureen has a background in Art, Advertising, Coaching and Education. She has been training in the Art of Improvisation and Applied Improvisation since 2004 and has trained extensively in the UK and USA.
She has many years of experience applying improv in her work with many diverse groups, of all ages, abilities and and situations. She has over 35 years of experience working in education, particularly with adults and has taught both nationally and internationally.
Workshop Outline:
This workshop will offer the opportunity to explore another way to be mindful and present in the moment, while having great fun.
This work is transcendental and invaluable and will help improve communication, increase creativity and expand problem solving skills.
The tools of Improv increase mental agility and flexibility, and demonstrate the power of saying "YES" to life.
Not to mention the release of lots of wonderful endorphins.
