Minding Autistic Minds- a vital conference on Autistic Mental Health CPD AUsome Training

This conference is designed to support helping professionals (such as Counsellors, Psychotherapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, GPs, Nurses, Coaches, Play Therapists, Art Therapists, Drama and Music Therapists) who may be discovering that many of their clients are Autistic and otherwise neurodivergent or
who want to support more Autistic clients Autistic mental health is the critical topic of discussion in this conference. It highlights the need for significant improvements in services, schools, colleges and workplaces and how much support our community needs from mental health professionals. Together, let’s tackle the mental health crisis faced by the Autistic community, where anxiety affects 80%, depression affects 60%, and PTSD affects 36% of Autistics. We want professionals and need them to be part of this solution.

Day 1: April 24th – Focus on Autistic Adults and Mental Health. Calling all professionals working with Autistic adults. From mental health professionals and educators to HR personnel and social workers, this conference is tailored to address the pressing issue of Autistic mental health.

Day 2: April 25th – Our second day of the conference is designed specifically for schools, parents, caregivers, and professionals working with Autistic children. Discover the crucial role of mental health in the lives of Autistic children, gain valuable insights, and learn practical approaches to support their well-being.
