In Person Event - MRC - Psychosynthesis – An Introduction to Sub-Personalities

Presenter's Bio:

Dr Christine Moran is an experienced psychotherapist, supervisor, educator, and workshop facilitator.

A lifelong learner who is committed to her own growth and to sharing with and supporting others on their journey of self-discovery and well-being.

Workshop Outline:

Psychosynthesis has been called ‘psychology with a soul’, as it integrates and recognises various levels of consciousness and the interconnectedness of body, mind, and spirit.

Workshop will focus on an introduction to a concept of Psychosynthesis-Subpersonalities being parts of us that form in response to rewards, punishment, and experiences at the deepest times of our lives.

In this workshop we will explore our subpersonalities and endeavour to integrate and synthesise these parts into a whole that is directed and loved by the personal and transpersonal self.  This workshop supports experiential learning and is a mix of lecture and various exercises and interaction with the facilitator and participants.

- Expanded self-awareness and deeper love and connection with the self.

- The creative and helpful role of sub-personalities in our lives.

- Transferring new knowledge and experience to our professional work as therapists.

CPD Certs will be emailed to participants after attendance at the Event.
