Nollag Cullinan is an experienced psychotherapist and supervisor with over a decade of experience. In 2010 she founded Sligo Counselling, a place dedicated to guide individuals towards holistic well-being.
Grounded in a humanistic approach, Nollag believes in the power of the therapeutic process to loosen inner conflicts and foster personal growth. Specialising in anxiety and workplace stress, she brings a wealth of knowledge and empathy to clients navigating the complexities of modern life.
Drawing from her rich background in occupational health, Nollag has spent over a decade establishing and managing occupational health departments for organisations such as Abbott, Bank of America, and IBM. This experience has honed her understanding of the intricate interplay between mental health and the workplace environment.
Particularly passionate about mental health in the workplace, Nollag has been sought after as a speaker at numerous conferences, where she share insights and strategies for cultivating a supportive and resilient work culture. Her dedication to destigmatising mental health issues and promoting well-being makes her a trusted voice in the field.
