An immersive one-day event with Dr. Gabor Maté, focusing on Healing Trauma and exploring the Myth of Normal. Embark on a transformative journey of personal growth as we delve into the profound insights from Dr. Maté's groundbreaking book, "The Myth of Normal: Trauma, Illness & Healing in a Toxic Culture." Attendance at this event will qualify for 7 CPD points.

In this enlightening experience, Dr. Maté will unravel the intricate connections between chronic illness, the mind-body relationship, and societal influences on health. Challenging conventional perspectives in Western medicine, Dr. Maté invites us to reconsider our understanding of health and well-being.

The day will feature live music, meditation with a focus on healing trauma that will inspire collaboration, connection and community in a nurturing environment. Guests include Dennis Okewera of the Lumule Foundation, Brent Pope founder of The Elephant in The Room Movement with additional guests to be announced.

Encouraging infectious generosity, proceeds from this event will benefit charity partners the Lumule Foundation and a local Irish mental health charity.
