Event will cover: Overview of  the Children First Act 2015 and mandated persons  reporting obligations to TUSLA (Children First), threshold for making a mandated report to Tusla, retrospective reporting requirements (Withholding of information on offences against Children and Vulnerable Persons Act 2012.

Reporting of abuse to Gardaí - legal requirements (Withholding of information on Offences against Children and Vulnerable Persons Act 2012);
