TUSLA briefing on the Child Abuse Substantiation Procedure (CASP) Version 2 for the IACP Members
CASP Version 2 provides for changes in the scope of CASP, the application of professional judgement, changes to timelines, changes to definitions, changes to CASP letters and forms, as well as updated supporting guidance documents.
The CASP Version 2 document will be made available on the Tusla website to external stakeholders at http://www.tusla.ie/casp
Microsoft Teams Meeting briefing relevant to the updates in CASP Version 2 for IACP members will take place on November 5th at 2:30pm.
