Dr. Stephanie Finan is an Assistant Professor in Psychotherapy in DCU, where she lectures on modules related to couples and relationships.
She is a practicing psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. Stephanie has a keen interest in qualitative research, particularly in the areas of supervision, clinician wellbeing and burnout. She has published and presented both in Ireland and internationally on the topic of clinician burnout.
This workshop will focus on working with supervisee and supervisor burnout, in the context of supervision and metasupervision through the lens of the Inskipp and Proctor model of supervision. The day will include discussions, small group work and interactive exercises as well as delving into theory. Please note that lunch will not be available on-site, but there will be breaks scheduled throughout the day to allow for attendees to visit the nearby shops.
