Presenter's Bio:

Steven is a Dublin-based Psychotherapist and Personal Development Coach. I come from a Personal Training background and have worked in group and individual training since 2016. My mission is to help individuals unlock their inner potential, overcome their challenges and obstacles, and find their way to lead a more fulfilling life.

I understand that every person is unique and deserves a tailored approach to their journey in therapy.

Event Outline:

This workshop will focus on identifying the physical, mental and behavioural symptoms of stress, managing mental health, and offer participants some key practical takeaways as to how to better manage their mental health from a mental, physical and spiritual approach.
