Pat Dermody is a member of the IACP Supervisors Forum Organising Committee SFOC and a member of the IACP Southern Regional Committee.
This event is being organised to give Supervisors in the southern region an opportunity to have a direct update on the new structure of the SFOC as it endeavours to support Supervisors needs on a regional basis.
It will have ample opportunities for questions to be asked, ideas to be explored, and importantly, allow supervisors to have a direct impact on the topics covered in future southern region supervisor events.
It will also give Supervisors in the region a return to the popular networking event that existed pre-Covid by having the first of these in person network events take place in the location of the last. By sharing a strong Community of Practice, Supervisors have the opportunity to learn from each other and enhance their skills as well as feel supported by their community.
