Susi is a fully accredited member of IACP and a graduate member of the Irish Psychological Society. In addition to her private practice, She lectures in Psychotherapy at IICP College and is a clinical supervisor.
She holds a Master of Science in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, a Higher Diploma in Psychology (Level 8), and a BA (Hons) in Linguistics from UCD. She also earned a BA (First Class Honours) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy from IICP College, along with a Professional Certificate in Child and Adolescent Counselling and a Diploma in Clinical Supervision. In addition, to deepen her knowledge
of how CBT can be applied to weight management, she attended a specialised workshop at the Beck Institute in Philadelphia.
She is a regular contributor to the Irish media on mental health topics, providing expert insights on issues such as anxiety, emotional well-being, and behavioural change. She also delivers professional training courses to therapists, the Department of Education (NEPS), and companies, supporting individuals and organisations in promoting mental health, resilience, and healthy lifestyle changes.
This course provides a step-by-step, implementable programme to help clients make meaningful changes to their behaviours and cognition around developing a healthy lifestyle. It covers core therapeutic interventions,
tools, and techniques to address dysfunctional beliefs, deprivation thinking, and sabotaging thoughts related to health behaviours.
