Presenters Bio: Dr Sinead Reynolds. Sinead works with the HSE in national mental health operations. Before that she lead a national multidisciplinary therapeutic service for the child and family agency. She has also spent many years working in the child and adolescent mental health services. She qualified originally as a speech and language therapist before going on to do a masters in theoretical linguistics and then studying psychology. She has a doctorate in developmental psychology from UCD and a degree in counselling and psychotherapy from Middlesex University. Sinead is currently the project sponsor on the HSE national talk therapies project as well as other national projects.
Workshop Outline:On the evening Sinead will talk about the Irish mental health services in terms of the current services that are available as well as recent service improvements and service improvements that are currently in train.
