Gerry Farrell is a clinical supervisor, Psychotherapist, Psychiatric nurse and Lecturer. In 2004 he was presented with a "special recognition" award by John Hume (the Nobel Prize winner) on behalf of the Alzheimer Society Ireland for Gerrys contribution to the training of staff and the facilitation of families to cope with the phenomenon of dementia.
