Gayle Williamson MIACP is a Psychotherapist in private practice, who has trained several modalities but in recent years has focused exclusively on IFS, after experiencing its transformative affects on her clients and herself. She is now passionate about communicating its benefits to other therapists. As a former journalist Gayle has also written extensively on mental health and she contributes to an IFS institute training partner website. Gayle trained initially in the approach through IFS Canada and has subsequently done training with Richard Schwartz and with another senior IFS figure, Bob Falconer. She has also studied every existing IFS text.
This three- hour workshop will introduce the basic principles and techniques of IFS and bring them to life with case examples and experiential exercises. Participants will get the chance to explore one of their own parts and can expect to get lots of tips and guidance to equip them to begin using the IFS protocol. Common beginner errors and challenges will also be covered. The workshop will include didactic teaching of the IFS protocol. Participants will be led in a meditation to meet a part, and break out rooms will be used to give direct experience of the approach.
CPD Certs will be emailed to participants after attendance at the Event
The Zoom Link and Password for the event will be sent at least a day in advance of the Event
