Sinead Larkin is a second-year student of counselling and psychotherapy with PCI College. Prior to commencing her degree, she studied for a Certificate in Counselling and Psychotherapy with PCI, and trained as a volunteer with Aware, where she helped support clients with low mood. In addition to this, she has lived experience of PMDD dating back to 2017 and has conducted a lot of personal research into the condition.
