A neurodiversity-affirming approach to working with Autistic adults in your practice or clinic, delivered by Autistic professionals to professionals who work with Autistic adults.

This course is designed to equip helping professionals with the knowledge and skills to recognise Neuordivergent traits, to adapt and to work in a supportive manner with their Autistic clients. It offers participants practical skills-based training with a strong theoretical overview. All facilitators are Autistic themselves.

Learning Outcomes
●        Participants who complete this 10 day course will gain skills and strategies to understand and meet the needs of their Autistic clients.

●        Learn how to adapt their approaches and practise for their Neurodivergent clients.

●        Learn how to identify Autistic people beyond the narrow confines of the medical model.

●        Develop a growth mindset and solutions for creating a Neurodiversity- affirming practise.

●        Become competent in supporting their clients to unmask and to heal.

●        Learn to collaboratively identify relevant & realistic therapy goals

●       Become familiar with further learning resources related to working with adult Autistic clients
