IACP 2016 Annual General Meeting

Voting & Proxy Information

The Annual General Meeting of the IACP takes place on Saturday 23rd April 2016 in the Royal Marine Hotel, Marine Road, Dun Laoghaire, Co Dublin.

Registration will be at 10:00am and the AGM will commence at 11:00am sharp.

At the AGM you will be invited to vote for the following;

4 Ordinary Members of the Board of Directors

A list of the Board Nominees can be found on pages 3 to 5 in the AGM Booklet. 

If it is not possible for you to attend the meeting, you may vote by Proxy.

The Proxy Vote allows you to nominate an individual who is attending the AGM to vote on your behalf. Once you have registered this individual with Head Office, they will receive the additional voting cards on the day of the AGM. 

Your proxy registration must be lodged at the IACP Offices by 5:00pm on Wednesday 20th April 2016.

Proxy voting is in place for the Board of Directors Election and motions (no motions submitted).

Please note: As only paid up Accredited Members can vote, we would remind you that your annual subscription (if you haven’t paid already), must be paid before the AGM.
