IACP CPD recognised and awarded up to 33.5 CPD points (up to 15.5 hours for the live conference with the opportunity to view and complete the continuing education requirements for any missed sessions after the live conference for up to 18 additional CPD points).
NBCC and the NBCC Foundation invite you to join us during our fifth Mental Health Connections global virtual conference focused on Fostering Community, Propelling Peace.
This year will highlight education or training, practice, and research geared toward building, advocating for, and empowering others to foster a mental health community toward positive change and building peace by increasing understanding, compassion, resilience, and support in communities worldwide. This conference will enable speakers and participants to consider the power that each of us has as counselors individually and as part of the wider community of mental health professionals to make a difference.
Learning Objectives:
Participants will learn about the state of counseling and mental health outside of the United States.
Participants will learn about initiatives in education or training, practice, and research that foster community and build peace with and among diverse populations both outside and inside of the United States.
Participants will learn about partnerships toward building mental health community and understanding worldwide.
