Guest Speaker's Bio: 

Julie is a pre-accredited member of the IACP working in private practice in Limerick city. During her psychotherapy training, she started a new business venture, The Digital Human, after leaving the tech corporate world that she had been immersed in for 15 years. In her work and research with The Digital Human, Julie focuses on helping organisations and individuals develop mindful digital habits to support wellbeing, understanding how an unhealthy screen engagement can exacerbate our real-life vulnerabilities.
