Event Outline:

This will be a one day in person CPD day providing participants with the opportunity to meet together as colleagues with the purpose of reflecting on best practise within the supervision space.  Participants will have, through colleague led input, group discussion and break-out sessions, an opportunity to consider Carroll’s teaching on reflective practise within the supervisory space.

Learning Outcomes: Clarification of what reflective practise might be within the supervision space and what this might mean to supervisee’s development. Gain techniques for helping supervisees reflect on complex cases, ethical dilemmas, transference /countertransference and emotional responses.

The NIRC and SFOC hope that it will provide an opportunity for practitioners to meet together as colleagues for mutual support and networking in the interests of best practice.

CPD Certs will be emailed to participants after attendance
