Presenter's Bio:

Geraldine's (MIACP C.Psychol.PsSI) doctoral reseacrh explored embodiment in psychotherapy, and her ongoing clinical, teaching and research focuses on the integration of somatic and creative approaches in teaching and practice.

Event Outline:

The workshop focuses on working through the body in psychotherapy, integrating contemporary neuroscience with modern somatic perspectives on nervous system regulation, sensory pathways, trauma and embodied meaning making. The day offers an integrated relational approach to embodied practice that strengthens clinical attunement, therapeutic presence and confidence.
