Spring Research Journal Club: Identity and Self-Regulation in ADHD

The research paper under discussion for our Spring Research Journal Club will be “The Creative Awareness Theory: A Grounded Theory Study of Inherent Self-Regulation in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder”  by Champ, R. E., Adamou, M., Gillibrand, W., Arrey, S., & Tolchard, B. (2024) Journal of Clinical Medicine, 13(19), 5963.

Our guest on the evening is Andrew Harbourne Thomas (MIACP). Andrew will draw from his practitioner perspective paper published in the Winter 2025 edition of the IJCP - “Through my eyes: Towards truly seeing and understanding neurodivergent clients”. Andrew will focus on the autoethnographic and photovoice aspects of the paper to deliver an engaging narrative grounded in lived experience.
