How to Release the Creative Self, Through the Medium of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

This course will assist the therapist to:

Develop their creativity, to work with their clients in a more experiential way
Switch on their connection to the environment, to the space they are in, and what is available to them
Focus on building intuition
Encourage them to trust their internal responses
Connect with the horses in a fun and inspirational way

Fees and fees breakdown:
€160 covers all activities, journals, tea/coffee, snacks and lunch. Also covers cost of the venue, hire of horses and arena.

Schedule:

Tea/coffee -9.30am
Session 1 of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy- 10am-12pm
Lunch – 12pm-1pm
Session 2 of Equine Assisted Psychotherapy 1pm-3pm
Wrap up and conclusion 3pm-3.30pm
