Presenter's Bio: 

Clodagh is and experienced Organisational Psychologist and Sensorimotor Psychotherapist with over 15 years of leadership in professional development, mental health, and trauma-informed support. Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams, complex projects, and operational budgets within education, healthcare, and community services. Skilled in designing and delivering bespoke training and communication initiatives addressing attachment trauma, stress management, work-life balance, and legal considerations for counselling professionals.

Currently completing a Diploma in Employment Law at the Law Society of Ireland, complementing Diplomas in Law and Family Law, to deepen expertise in legal professional contexts. Demonstrated ability to lead dynamic teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to implement strategic wellbeing programs aligned with organizational goals.

Committed to onsite engagement and flexible working hours, including after-hours and weekend events, to support effective team planning, event coordination, and program delivery.
