This short programme will employ theory input, skills development and personal reflection for supervisors in these important clinical areas.

Supervisor/Supervisee ruptures parallel ruptures in therapy and are relationally bound. This session addresses interactive strategies and skills in repairing supervision ruptures.

Helping supervisees understand how they intervene with clients requires a conception of how and why the client is struggling in the first place. Supervisees often struggle with this process. This session will help supervisors help supervisees with case conceptualisation to support appropriate interventions based on their theoretical orientation, training and frameworks.

This final session will allow participants to build on earlier sessions anchoring learning in their lived experience and to put some of these skills to work in a safe, live environment.

CPD Certs will be emailed to participants after attendance.
