Healing your inner critic
2 Day in person Workshop
13 CPD Points
Do you ever feel hounded by an inner voice insisting you’re not good enough, not doing enough, or somehow falling short? This two-day, hands on workshop uses the wisdom of Adlerian psychology to help you understand where that voice began, what it’s been trying to protect, and how to gently reshape it. Through experiential activities, early recollections, and the steadying impact of real encouragement, you’ll explore the beliefs that fuel your inner critic and start shifting toward courage, self-kindness, and genuine connection. You’ll leave with practical tools and a clearer sense of your own worth — not by erasing imperfections, but by growing alongside them.
