Supervision Training Course Accreditation
This section is aimed at Supervision Training Courses applying for IACP Supervision Course Accreditation and Re-accreditation.
Accreditation status is provided to individual courses rather than institutions. If an institution runs two or more courses in supervision training, separate applications are required for each course.
To apply for IACP Supervision Training Course Accreditation, please request an application form by completing the ‘Apply Now’ section on this page.
To apply for IACP Supervision Training Course Re-Accreditation, please download an application form available on the left side (Supervision Course Re-Accreditation Form 2024 - Fillable).
Courses which have successfully completed the Accreditation Process and have received formal confirmation of their IACP Accredited status may include the words 'IACP Accredited Supervision Course' on their publicity material. Agencies or institutions engaged in training should not include in their publicity material any statement of the fact that they intend to apply or that they have applied for Accreditation.

Please note: As and from 1st September 2019, IACP will accept for First Time Supervisor Accreditation those who have completed IACP Accredited Supervision Course or those who completed a course that does not hold IACP course accreditation, but the supervision course completed must meet the minimum standards and requirements listed in the IACP Criteria for Supervision Training Courses and hold a QQI or University validation.
